Hmm, follow-up to the possession question: when Desmond is possessing someone, are they aware of everything? Can they fight him off? Are there limits to what he can do with a possessed person?

Nahsyl: It’s like having your conscious mind shoved into your sub conscious without warning and everything feels like a dream and it’s the worst. I haven’t been able to fight him off and I’m not sure about any of the others, but I know Jay can pretty easily, the lucky bastard.

Desmond: Yeah for whatever reason every time I try with Jaden, he just sorta kicks me out right away. It’s weird... maybe it’s just a demon thing? Anyways, possession is basically just shoving my own consciousness into another person’s body. Their mind is still there of course, it’s just kinda shoved to the side. They can talk and all that but only I can hear them as kind of a little voice in the back of my mind. For limits as to what I can do with them, it depends on the person. depending on how desperately they don’t want me to do something, they can force me to stop. But that’s kind of rare and only ever happens if that person is really desperate.
