I made a Terrum, a fanspecies made by @foxlorre! Their name is Lavander Lamp.

Got bored, made a species thing

Idk what to call them yet but I think they're neat

All of them have transparent glass-like torsos filled with anything from liquid to small objects to even small animals on rare occasions

The torso is able to break tho and when that happens it makes them Not Feel Very Good and it gets worse the more of their insides fall out (like the last poor fucker in this post. she is not having fun)

I'm still working out some stuff for these goobers but I wanna do stuff with em

Is there any correlation between what’s in a Terrum and how they act?

Are they strictly one colour?

Is there a limit to the shape or number of their antenna(?)?

Does what’s inside a Terrum have any societal importance?

Can more than one Terrum exist with a certain thing inside them?

Once they’ve cracked/broken/etc, is it possible to fix a Terrum? Or is that something that’s equivalent to like.. Chronic pain?

No, it's entirely up to chance as to what their personality and contents are

No, terrums can have up to 2 colors making them up

Terrums with 2 colors are referred to as chimeras

3. Is there a limit to the shape or number of their antenna(?)?

Typically terrums only have 2 antennae, though it isnt unheard of for a terrum to have more than that or even multiple ends like this guy

4. Does what’s inside a Terrum have any societal importance?

The only time their contents have any societal importance is if it matches the theme of whatever royal family rules their state

If the theme matches and theyre discovered, it's very common for that terrum to be absorbed into the ruling class

5. Can more than one Terrum exist with a certain thing inside them?

Yes there can be multiple terrums with the same general thing inside of them, it's just the form of that thing thats unique

6. Once they’ve cracked/broken/etc, is it possible to fix a Terrum? Or is that something that’s equivalent to like.. Chronic pain?

Once a terrum's been cracked or damaged, it's impossible for them to be repaired so yes, it's like a chronic illness

Having their torsos damaged is like having arthritis except they also gotta be careful to make sure their insides dont spill out, especially if they contain some kind of liquid
