I had a Mafia AU where Karasuno and Shiratorizawa were team police and Nekoma, Fukurodani and Aoba were criminal familys. I think I'm going to do it but I'm going to full up with rare pairs everywhere. Like, boom, TenSuga, boom, OiYama, boom, SuguKen, bOOOM, YamaKage too, AND MATSUIWA.

This AU is a good girl x bad boy/player high school AU. Think Wattpad.

So Yachi is Yachi, nine, quiet, anxious, smart

Terushima is the bad boy/player, and Yamaguchi's ex

Yachi's friends are Yamaguchi, Tsukishima and Kiyoko.

so Terushima is dared/bet by his friends that he can't get Yachi to fall in love with him

Terushima tries to talk to her but she always just like makes an excuse and runs away because Terushima broke Yamaguchi's heart and flirts with Kiyoko and they just want her safe, so she wants nothing to do with that

Terushima is smart in terms of grades but only his friends know. Even Yamaguchi didn't know, so he pretends to need tutoring as a way to get close to Yachi

Cue Terushima slowly falling both first and harder, thank you very much

Yachi tries to keep it more like professional but, against her better judgment finds herself enjoying spending time with Terushima and having fun with him

TBH I thought I was done with the memes haha but you had me with TeruYachi. My two favorite characters. I literally tag Terushima as “main character of my heart” on my personal blog. Yachi would be cute with anybody. Or really this whole anime just ships itself. But whatever, I got you fam. I put the other part under a cut because it’s too long. haha

Where did they go: Terushima wanted to do something extreme, like rock climbing, but after texting Misaki and asking Runa, they decided that the arcade would be the best option. (Teru wanted them to have more fun than anybody else on a date!) Terushima loved playing all the games and winning little prizes for Yachi. Yachi thought Terushima was entertaining to watch. However, Terushima always asked Yachi what she wanted to do first, and always put Yachi ahead of himself. He also made sure to bring like 90% of his savings to play as much as they wanted to.

Where there any problems or distractions: I think I said this for other pairings, but like everybody is so nosy. If you don’t think that Karasuno is following Yachi on this date, then IDK. But at least Karasuno is a bit more subtle than Johzenji who all wore painfully obvious cameo outfits. 

Who was more stressed: TERUSHIMA! Like Yachi is a nice girl, and he is a punk ass delinquent (ily bb). He didn’t make a good impression the first time they met, and he really wanted to make up for that.  

Who got late: Terushima was two hours early. Yachi was five minutes early. “Did you wait long?” “Nah, I literally just got here”

Have they brought something for the other one as a gift: Terushima bought a bouquet of red roses, since (according to the Johzenji VB team) that’s what girls like. Misaki and Runa weren’t in the room when this conversation was taking place or else they would have advised that would be too much for a first date. 

How long did it last: Terushima wanted to be a gentleman and have her back home by a respectable hour. However, Yachi wouldn’t have minded if they stayed out a but longer.

Did they kiss during their date: Yachi gave Terushima a quick peck on the cheek when he dropped her off. RIP Terushima.

How did it end: With them laughing all the way to Yachi’s house. Yachi has a bag filled with arcade prizes and Terushima put the purikura pictures they took on his phone cover.

Pairing Meme

How differently do they think of each other now compared to when they first met? So like I think that they would have met in Yachi’s 2nd year at the next tournament. I can see Yachi refilling bottles and accidentally bumping into Terushima. She is so scared that he might get angry for spilling all over his jacket, but he is like super chill with it. Tries to help her, but gets stopped by the Yachi Protection Squad™ . Nishinoya and Tanaka can never forget what they did to Shimizu and were like “Oh hell no. Not this time.” Thankfully Ennoshita stopped them before a fight could break out. After making sure Yachi was alright, they went back on their way. Anywho, Terushima actually feels bad that he scared her? And that he left such a bad impression? I mean he may look like a punk, but he really is someone who is super friendly. He probly thinks Karasuno is cool. Sometime during the tournament he tries to apologize to Yachi, who in turn apologized back for assuming he would be angry. They laugh it off and exchange numbers. 

What do their friends/family think of their relationship? Karasuno are completely thrown off. Everyone is super protective of Yachi. Like what is this punk trying to pull with their precious manager? You bet they follow them for the first couple of dates to make sure there isn’t any funny business. Terushima really has to prove that he isn’t that delquient kid they met last year. He REALLY has to earn Shimizu’s trust! Misaki really likes Yachi and thinks that she is good for him. Runa and Yachi are going to be BFFs okay? The rest of the Johzenji VB team is happy that Teru is happy. 

How do their personalities/skills complement or contrast with each other?  Oooh boy. Super contrast to each other. Yachi is all about that hard work lifestyle while Teru’s life motto is literally “Hakuna Matata”. But it’s a balance with each other. hahaha

What is their favorite aspect of each other? Yachi loves Terushima’s confidence and his easy going personality. Yachi always stresses out way more than she should, and Terushima would always try to helo her calm down while also respecting her feelings. Teru loves Yachi’s earnest and “work-hard” disposition. It inspires him a lot. 

Do either of them have pet peeves about each other? I guess Teru might want to play more often than Yachi does and vice versa. 

How would each reconcile with each other after a fight? Teru is super stubborn when he fights. He literally always wants the latter to apologize first, but fighting with such a sweet person is not a good feeling for him. After he has calmed down and went over the fight in his head, he rushes to apologize to Yachi. He smothers her with kisses. 

What would be their ideal vacation getaway together? Ugh I suck at this question. I have no idea. I think they might enjoy going to Disney Land Japan together tbh. haha

Think of a new way (AU, different situation, etc.) they could have met for the first time.  But like imagine Yachi is a tattoo artist and Terushima is getting his first tattoo. Yachi creates an original piece for him. He gets so smitten by Yachi and her art, he keeps getting tattoos just so he can talk to her.
