Tessa had been in two minds about attending the Elysium party. Part of her wanted to see where her little sister was going to be working but the other party was so not comfortable with how dressy and fancy the event was. But then Danny asked her to go with him and that changed everything. The pair had been flirting behind the bar practically since day one a few months ago but she would never be the one to ask a guy out and he’d never asked her so she figured it was just banter between co-workers. Of course underneath it all she wanted him to ask her but she would never admit it. So when her asked her to be his date for the opening, she obviously said yes. However that came with it’s own challenges of course because she had no clue how to dress for this sort of event. Cue Emma going full makeover on her in order to get her ready. And now here Tessa was outside a party she never would’ve dreamed she’d been seen at in a dress that made her feel like a complete fraud looking for her date. The whole situation was completely foreign but luckily there was one element that wasn’t and that was Danny; decked out like Batman. “Hey you,” she said as she approached him, a smile breaking out on her face at the sight of him.
