All the phones across America received this national alert test message today. It was sent in English and Spanish. It’s good for this to happen so we are ready if something really happens.

Test Alerts for Canadians!

I know some folks (like me) get freaked out when there is an alert system the gov uses to alert folks of danger. There's an upcoming test alert on the 27th of November.

Here's the times it will be broadcasting in each province.

So, I was at school today and suddenly everyone's phones start beeping and this is what appears on screen:

I think it's a good way to startle anybody. But I'm wondering- did this only happen in Bulgaria? If you're not from Bulgaria and it appeared (or didn't) on your phone please tell me I'm quirious.
