She can still feel the phantom pressure of his hands in her hair from five minutes ago when he had her pressed against the side of his car and there's something in the way Jack's thumb is steadily stroking her hand that makes her think that this might be it. She's not sure if Jack can read the breadth of her excitement off her face and wonders if he has any idea how wet she is. There's a dark look in his eyes when she looks back at him over her shoulder that makes her think he sees at least part of it. Or: Jack tends to unravel under Samira's hands.

ICE is circulating a memo that says they can enter homes and detain people without a signed judicial warrant. The memo says all they need is an administrative warrant.

This memo is incorrect. This is not legal advice, but ICE needs a signed judicial warrant for any home entry/search to comply with the 4th amendment of the constitution. See Garrett v. Bondi, page 9 of this pdf.

There are some news orgs just printing what the memo says without fact checking it, so please spread this around. ICE still needs a signed judicial warrant to enter a private home. If ICE doesn’t have one, do not open the door. (copied from @/marnz)
