"Children aren't property"
No, they aren't, but they are not considered adults. They do not have the capacity to navigate an adult space until they are older so as adults, it is our responsibility to foster a safe environment for them. If you get angry at parents being parents to their children then you need to evaluate why you feel like that. Your experiences are not universal and what happened between you and your parents is not what happens to every single child on this earth.
Children deserve to be a protected class but that is not solved by whatever the hell MAPs/Pedophiles want.
