good afternoon. On the battlefield I have "Indulgent aristocrat" and others creatures, if I pay 2 and sacrifice "Indulgent aristocrat" (using his ability) and my opponent play "swords to plowshares" targeting my "Indulgent Aristocrat", may I pay another 2 and sacrifice the same "indulgent Aristocrat"? (the idea is to try to make my "indulgent Aristocrat" go to the cemetery not exile) thanks in advance.
This can’t happen the way you describe. By the time you’ve activated the ability, Indulgent Aristocrat is already in your graveyard. It’s not on the battlefield so your opponent can’t target it with a removal spell anymore.
Even if you sacrifice another creature to Indulgent Aristocrat, your opponent removing it in response to the activation won’t stop the ability from happening. Once the ability has been activated, it will resolve regardless of what happens to the source of the ability.
