Hi! If I have "Teferi's, mage of zhalfir" or "leyline of anticipation" and an "Havengul lich", my oponent have "Gisa and Geralf" and a lot of zombies in his graveryard; it's his turn who can cast or choose who zombie cast? If my oponent decide to bring back zombie "A" my I pay 1(for havengul lich) and summon it first since I have flash? Thanks in advance for all your support!
This doesn’t work.
When your opponent casts a Zombie from their graveyard with Gisa and Geralf, that card moves from the graveyard to the stack. It’s no longer in the graveyard by the time you’re able to respond with Havengul Lich’s ability.
To piggyback on your last question (About brain in a jar), the wording on that card seems almost the same as the old Havengul Lich from Dark Ascension except with instants and sorceries from your hand instead of creatures from the graveyard, and yet Havengul Lich can't let you cast things like that unless they had flash. What makes BiaJ work with sorceries that prevents HL from working the same way? Is it the "middle of the ability" part?
The difference is that Brain in a Jar tells you to cast the card RIGHT NOW. i.e. In the middle of the resolution of its ability, which is not a normal time to cast a spell.
Havengul Lich just gives you permission to cast the card from your graveyard this turn, but doesn’t make you do so immediately. Since no special timing permission is being granted, you have to obey normal timing rules when you cast that card.
Regarding havengul lich: you pay it's activation cost, then you have to pay the creature's mana cost as well to cast it from the graveyard, correct?
Generally, that’s correct.
Havengul Lich doesn’t change anything else about the card except what zone you can cast it from. The Lich has no effect on anything else about the card, such as its costs and timing restrictions.
This means you’re free to combine the Lich with other things that make the card easier to cast (such as Rooftop Storm or Cloud Key) or change when you could cast it (such as Yeva). However, the Lich itself will not accomplish these things.
Demons, Devils and Zombies of Innistrad.
Tibalt, Havengul Lich. Grimgrin, Corpse-Born. Withengar Unbound. Archdemon of Greed. Bloodgift Demon. Hellrider.

Havengul Lich says "You may cast target creature card in a graveyard this turn." Does this mean I can activate the ability AND cast a creature from a graveyard on my opponents turn even if the creature I'm casting doesn't have flash?
Not exactly. Havengul Lich’s ability overrides the normal rules on from where you can cast creature cards, but doesn’t change the limitations on when you can cast those cards.
Once you’ve used the Lich’s ability on a card in a graveyard, you still can only cast that card at the normal times you could cast it. (If it doesn’t have flash, that means during your own turn, during a main phase, when the stack is empty.)
