"......." He nurses the drink he has, a swirling gold. Something about the way it glitters twists his stomach, but the flavor is a floral, honey-sweet that scrubs away any unpleasantness at the back of his throat. Things have been....difficult. And he doesn't want to think. So a night in with Caesar, drinking until their eyes can't focus seems like an escape.

His eyes flick to Caesar at the question, and he floats it with the rest of his brain somewhere outside himself.

"Mmmm. Yeah.....?" Artair slurs a little, breaking up the answer with a drink. His accent bleeds through, enough to warp his words with a lilt. "I mean....... there's lots 'f loves, y'know? Types 'n shit. But 's jus'--- bein' happy t' be 'round someone else. It's wantin' themmm.......bein' 'round. I t'ink it's..... like.....somet'in' yeh got t' grow an' choose. It's ----- brain chemicals an' feelin' good! but also choosin' t' grow an' work toget'er, every time y'hit a --- a.... snag 'r a prahhblem. 'R....... somethin' like that. 'S in every mo' y'choose a body ot'er t'an yerself."

He waves a hand, a little too emphatic. "Jus' people think it's this sommmme big fuckin' deal an' like--- it is! It is. But it's not some perfect and grand fairy tale----s'not a romcom 'r fallin' in love and happy ferever kinda shit. Yer never gonna find it, lookin' fer perfect. An'--- an' all kinds'f love 're messy and complicated but they can also be real nice. But.... they're real, yeah? Definitely posatutely. An' I know 'cause I also love you-- lots an' lots an' lots."
