"Cordy, I hope the rest of our influence can keep you from having you act like this when you're older," Callie laughed, bouncing her goddaughter as Nat continued to laugh loudly. "Though maybe not aunty Nat's." "Help me," Bradley whined after a few moments, having let Nat calm down. "Dude come on. Just put on your nice button up, the deep blue, the one you use to wear to your uncles formal dinners," Nat finally answered. "It'll help bring out your eyes." "Pair it with your dark wash jeans," Callie added. "They make your legs look longer and wrap around them nicely to show off your thighs."

🐎 Would you ever do a medieval or pirate au?

Ohhh. I do love a medieval setting but I don’t really trust my vocabulary to get one done to satisfaction. Pirate AU, while I loved some I've read, I can take or leave that setting. So the Medieval one is more realistic.

🍎 What's something you learned while researching for a fic?

I… don’t research for my fic. 😆 I‘m a very vibes only fanfic writer lol. But as a non-native speaker I do have to research if native speakers will say or do something like I would say / do it sometimes. And that way I learned that a Coke is just any carbonated soft drink in parts of the US. Calling a Sprite a Coke is utterly weird to me because Coke literally is a Coca Cola and nothing else where I'm from. We wouldn’t even call a Pepsi Cola a Coke, lol.

Colour me intrigued by Show me your fangs 👀 love me some vampires

Show me your fangs is my Halloween fic that decided it wasn’t done. I have added about another 17k to a second part for it and I’m not even close to being done. Here’s a tidbit from one my favorite parts I’ve written so far.

Ron tries to shake a shoulder, see if he could get the mystery vampire to release him but that only gets fangs sinking deeper into his vein. There’s going to be one hell of a bruise later no doubt. He resigns himself to being a snack, knowing that he has plenty of blood in him. Perks of being a hellhound he’s thankful for as he feels the way the throat of the vampire on him swallows frequently.

He shoots off a text to Ice, inquiring about lunch only to be met with silence which is what Ron expected. Slider wraps an arm around the body on top of him, keeping whoever it is close as he feels them start to slump against him. Something inside of him — the part that sounds a bit too much about Mitchell and Bradshaw — thinks now is a good time to send Cy a message he’s here. A Snapchat message at that. He blames their Baby Goose for why he has it.

Pulling it up is easy, angling his phone just so to capture Ice’s couch, the head on his chest, and Slider grinning. Captioning it with a simple ‘still vampire crack after all these years’ and sending it off before he thinks about it too long.

1:

"Dammit, Bradley, slow down." Ice demands, calling out in his best officer voice. "Stop!" The one Bradley hated hearing because it always meant trouble. Tom can't help but send up a little bit of thanks as Bradley seems to grind to a halt, so use to doing so after growing up knowing that when uncle Ice used that tone, it was best to just get through the lecture and punishment, instead of continuing fight him on whatever was happening. "Fuck, kid, come here," Tom breathes, as he comes to a stop just before him. He doesn't think, just pulls his kid into him, wrapping him up in a tight hug. "I've got you, okay? Bradley do you hear me? You will always have me, understand me?"

Taking a breath, Tom bites at his bottom lip for a moment, trying to gather his words before releasing the breath slowly. "Sometimes, Bradley, sometimes no matter how much we love someone and want to be with them. Sometimes they do something that shifts your perception of them so much, that you can't trust them with your heart, or with your self." Pausing, he shifts for a moment before continuing on. "And no matter that you'll love them for the rest of your life, you can't go back. No matter what."

💡: I wanted to explore a world where Carole lives, and she and Mav got repercussions for pulling Bradley's papers. Like, so much of fandom puts these two so high it's like they can't do any wrong and I wanted to explore an AU where people actually called them out on it. Explore a world where they were so wrapped up in their grief, that they stopped seeing Bradley as Bradley. And I really wanted to explore what is a line that Ice WON'T cross for Mav, and this AU was kind of born from all that. Also I wanted to explore second loves, so while Icemav isn't happening, Ice WILL be getting a happily ever after!

Hello @texasteaparty! Sorry for the late answer, this has been a year so far!

Soulmates no touch my beloved! I have not worked on this one in months, but the concept of it is basically a 5+2, where Bradley and Jake meet and are so certain they've touched skin to skin, the only way to know for sure if you're soulmates or not, at some point in their nearly decade long will they/won't they relationship, and as the years go on, they are distraught because they're both so certain they're perfect with each other but since no mark every appeared, they know they aren't. Until things come to a head post The Mission (TM) and decide they don't care, that they're choosing each other and that's all there is too it and fuck the universe.

"I want daddy," Caroline sobs, little voice breaking on every word. Bradley can't help but agree as he presses her tighter into his bulk, tucking her face into his neck as she cries. He wants daddy here too. Fuck, he needs Jake. Needs Jake here and now to soothe both himself and Caroline. Needs him here to answer some questions. Because as far as Bradley knows Jake doesn't have any family he's aware of. But here he is staring into identical sea green eyes, the same sharp nose and jawline. Though the face in front of him had more laugh lines bracketing his mouth. Dammit, he needed Jake. Shuffling Caroline enough to pull out his phone, he thumbs it up and brings up Jake's icon and his call, as he sends a strained, apologetic looking grimace to the trio standing opposite them.
