adonis which is why he doesn't get it AT ALL. adonis' sisters have attempted to teach him but he just. doesn't learn so his very limited understanding was passed onto Souma so he's very bad at it. maybe worse than adonis. amusingly adonis is also the only person he's ever texted and the conversation looked something like this

it took them an hour to figure out between them how to turn emojis off. also souma threw his phone when adonis first rang him bc it scared him.

Rinne and hiiro would prob text rly weird bc they're so new to tech... like I'm pretty sure rinne caught on real quick to modern stuff but has some weird quirks (also I want you to know "rinne" keeps trying to autocorrect to "tinned")

I don't know a great deal about Rinne and Hiiro (I rlly need to read some of the newer stories) but they're probably at the very least noticeably new to tech. maybe better than adonis and souma but not by far. rinne probably understands memes tho. I can imagine the crazy b group chat is often just a bunch of memes rinne has sent sjfjdkg
