#texting problems

Do people just like idk respond causally on text or do people panic like me. Like Idk what to respond to someone who send me a pic about a chocolate that I really want but I legit can't find. Like what do I do??? Or when someone gets hurt. Do I just text "omggg" or "oof"??? I know I'm not gonna text "r u ok?" Or "what happened?" No thank you, I do not want to continue this awkward conversation, it is slightly torturing and I do not like it. I need advice. Please.

this fear/awkwardness/uncomfortableness of texting that I have is definitely not normal but Idk why or when I got it and it's so frustrating... like, I want to reply but idk what stops me and then I end up replying too late or sometimes I don't even reply

I'll end up alone bc everyone will get tired of texting without getting a fast reply like normal people do

When someone takes forever to respond to your text so you be petty and say you’ll respond in a few minutes so you don’t seem desperate but you end up forgetting about the text.
