List of Qualifications
Here is the list of qualifications for being a member of the team. Make sure you read through this list thoughtfully and carefully. Now with that out of the way, in order to become a member of the team, you MUST:
1. Have at least a basic understanding of Bleach’s story, the characters in it, and how they act
2. Be prepared to write scripts for any set of characters in any situation
3. Be open to writing for ships and/or characters you do not like
4. Be contactable through Tumblr’s messaging service often
5. Be comfortable working and expressing your ideas with other members of the team (who may not like or be interested in the same ships and/or characters as you)
6. Have a decent idea of how Tumblr works (preferrably pc version)
And last but definitely not least, remember that we will be working and cooperating with each-other as a TEAM, meaning all of us will share work and help to keep this blog a fun and enjoyable environment for ourselves and our followers. In order to keep this blog up and running, a fair amount of work will be needed, so please keep that in mind before signing up.
