Something I noticed in "Locked Out Forever" (the episode with Conelly), is that as Reggie is leaving, Conelly quietly says "latter Regina". Not "Reggie", but "Regina"?

At first I thought it was strange, as most people, even relative strangers, usually call her "Reggie", unless it's her mum trying to have a serious talk with her. But then I realised, Reggie never actually told her her name, which begs the question, where'd Conelly learn the name "Regina" from?

Did she ask one of her teachers about "that 6th grade girl who builds and plays with toy sets"? Just like how Reggie asked about her? Maybe she's even more interested in Reggie than we thought? She might even reciprocate her crush, just manifesting her's in a less awkward way.

Twelve Forever Spoilers: it's THEORY TIME

I just had the craziest thought you guys. So Endless is already bright and colorful and full of toy-like beings by the time Reggie gets there, right? And we know it wasn't like this when Butt Witch was there before. So. I have a crazy theory.

What if there was another gang of creative troublemakers on Endless Island before Twelve, Todd, and Esther? Someone who would have been entering puberty recently, but who might havs since forgone visiting Endless for good?

That's right, I'm talking about these three 8th-grade dorks:

I mean like, come on. Can't you just SEE them as former Endless Island Superheroes? This would explain a lot - the Butt Witch would have had to been defeated at some point, most likely thrown in the volcano, and those locals had to have come from somewhere. Conelly mentioned stop motion sets at some point - maybe she played with it at some point in her own life. Maybe she brought some of those models to life. And it's interesting how the same story that introduces Conelly for the first time is also the story of how Reggie ended up there for the first time, too - how crazy would it be if the showrunners were actually introducing Reggie to Conelly's creations in the same episode that she meets their creator?

IDK though, it's just something fun to think about.

I watched twelve forever and fell in love with it, this show felt unquie on how it deals with real life problems through a kid eyes. Its sad to know that this show wont be continuing any time soon. I thought I should atlest contribute to the fandom. Thank you @megadan94 for letting me use your Skit.

One Thing That Bothers Me About 12 Forever:

In the pilot, the island is a representation of Reggie's subconscious (as explained by Shane) and only she holds the key to the island.

In the Netflix series, the island has been around for years and can be accessed by just about anyone who carries a "totem"- And yet Reggie still says its "Her" island and controls who stays and who goes there. Now, it would make sense if the "island" are created by an individual child's subconscious desires, but given Esthers episode, we see that isn't the case.

Its just a little annoying whenever Reggie claims its "her" island and keeps people out by choice when its not even her island to control!

I'm pretty sure this banner for Twelve Forever is supposed to represent Reggie's trepidation at the thought of growing up, but all I see is:

"Young girl discovers she's a lesbian after looking at bras in a department store."
