Well he is indeed big floof @cosmique-oddity . I was trying to make his biolights into scars where feathers grow in all different ways. After doing all that, I realized I could have just colored some feathers blue.

Turmoil for @weizhentian. He needed something simple and bright to contrast with his plain colouring. Something nice but still commanding. He’s also trying to wink... but it doesn’t quite work with a visor!
