Hey how do I get keys?

I've been given like 5 crates now and I can't open them without keys and I don't want to buy them. How do you get keys as a f2p?

They wouldn't just give me these things and not let me trade them without a way to open them right?

Requests updates + TF2 loadout commissions?

(Ines) Today I decided to play TF2 instead of doing the rest of my art requests ahah.. oh well, I did say I would draw them over this week anyway. 

I would also like to ask, would it be a good idea to do some loadout/icon commissions for keys/hats/(unusuals?) My characters look so bland on tf2, I need more cosmetics :< what do you guys think?
