We Need To Talk About The TF2 Community.

You know what annoys me. I see people making videos talking about "the worst TF2 Youtuber" and it will just be some guy making garbage, clickbait content for views and they'll act like that's the worst person in the entire TF2 community. How about this, if you really want to make videos about the bad side of the TF2 community why not make videos about the people that are grooming kids? The stalkers, the people that have gone out of their way to make private discord servers just to encourage people to kill themselves and harass people?

Why not talk about these people? Why cover some no one making some stupid videos when they're literally awful people in this community no one wants to talk about getting 100,000s of subscribers and no one cares.

TF2ubers and my Stalker.

So this is something I’ve talked about a little bit a few times here and there, but I want to get the full story out so it’s somewhere and I can hopefully help someone not do the same mistake I did.

The only reason I’m doing this now is because I learned that my stalker has recently come back to YouTube to make content again. This guy was was a TF2 YouTuber I was a fan of at one point in my life. At the time he was a relatively small YouTuber and technically he would still be considered small, but he still has a massive channel with over 16,000 subscribers and 20,000+ views on almost every video he puts out.

I wanted to put that out there just to so you know exactly the type of person we’re dealing with and the size of person. I will not be revealing anyone’s name in this post for legal reasons just to keep myself safe. I have zero proof of any of this ever happening since I blocked absolutely all ways of these people to get in contact with me so any evidence that was there is either gone or still there, but only they can see it. Point is, I have no access to any evidence and so for legal reasons I won’t be revealing the names of the people.

So I want to start out with what exactly I’m going on about. As I said I was a fan of this guy, he made TF2 related content and I enjoyed it. I joined his Discord server and made friends with the people in it. Things were going pretty good until eventually they weren’t.

Honestly I can’t say what started it, but eventually things just started going down. Eventually one of the other guys (we will call him Carl) decided it would be funny to fuck with me and somehow managed to find my name, phone number, and address. I have absolutely no idea how he did it because I don’t have them posted anywhere where anyone would be able to find them. 

Either way dude then proceeded to tell everyone what they were, at least my address and phone number. Now the whole stalking thing wasn’t so much from the YouTuber himself, it was moreso the other guy in the Discord server, but the YouTuber egged him on, he kept on “hyping” him up to do things, and constantly trying him to do even worse things.

He would come to my Twitch streams with multiple accounts no matter how many times I banned them, he would post on multiple YouTube video no matter how many times I banned those accounts. The guy was a literal creep. 

It got the point that I had to stop streaming because of the amount of times I had to ban these people. I got nervous just seeing someone with a similar name to the people from the server because of these people. To this day I still panic a little if someone joins a server I’m in and they have the same name as someone from that server. I have to check and make sure that they aren’t the same people.

Want to know something even more fucked up than this though? What happened to me sucked, sure. But there was one person on the server that I should have seen as a massive red flag from the start. Not the person himself, but what was happening to him. (we will call this guy Matt)

Let me explain. There were times when this guy would disappear for a few days, maybe even weeks. Some of the other guys would joke that he killed himself. This person had depression or some other type of mental health issue, not sure exactly. Either way people on the server legit joked about him killing himself.

Not as in a lighthearted type of way either, they legit meant it. 

That’s not even the worse part either, it gets worse. I remember clearly one time the people on the server were messing with him and he straight up told them to stop. He told them they were bad for his mental health and what not. They just laughed at him.

Again, that’s not the worse part.

So, a few weeks after I had finally left that hell hole of a server and finally got away from everything I signed into my alt Discord account that I have as a backup to see it hadn’t been kicked out of the server. So obviously I leave, but before I do I notice a couple of things.

Most notably a channel dedicated to “archiving” everything Matt does or says online. See, Matt was never all that active online, the most he talked online was when he was on Discord.

Anyways, at this point Matt had left the server as well and these creeps had made a specific channel for archiving everything he was doing online. It was fucking creepy. They also had a completely separate Discord server for, I assume, the same thing. I wasn’t in the server, but I could see the name and it was something along the lines of “Matts archive server” or similar. 

These people were literally stalking this dude and he didn’t even know it.

I don’t know where Matt is now, but I really hope he managed to get the fuck away from these creeps.

Anyways I wanted to post this all mainly just because I mentioned earlier that he’s growing in size and I know it’s almost a matter of time before he gets the chance to collab with some larger TF2 YouTubers like Big Joey, or SoundSmith.

I just want people to be aware of this.

Also, be careful who you look up to. Just because someone makes good content and seems like a cool person on videos doesn’t meant they really are. They might turn out to be a complete and total creep behind the scenes. So just be careful. It might, literally save you life one day.
