Oh man, did he hate my guts back in the day we did Sonic Adventure 2! Years later he confessed that my backstage shenanigans made him so angry that it actually helped him a lot with his lines.

I was peppy and all and he just wanted to be done with it. He didn’t quite enjoy video game acting at the start, it was his first big gig but that’s not something he ever wanted to do. But he grew a fondness of it, y’know? He wasn’t THAT miffed about how SEGA decided to keep his character around.

My last ever big project with SEGA was “Shadow the Hedgehog” - aside from Rush. It was bittersweet to me. At the time I was thinking I was passing the torch to him, which made us rekindle a lot better. He was the first person I told about my desire to transition and he was... enthusiastic? I’ve never seen him be actually excited about anything. That was... god, that was sexy. It was definitely more than some hollow good wish.

He still brings me catering goodies from the games he still works on. He’s super sweet, he tells me he doesn’t want me to be completely unattached from the franchise.

He’s an amazing kisser, too.

...God I should stop bragging about him. That wasn’t the question at all.

This AU could happen with a simple change in timing. :O

Daxter comes to rescue Jak like originally, but as Jak slips into his dark mode Erol returns to the room after seeing unusual activity detected on the monitors. Daxter is almost able to get Jak to calm down but the sight of Erol sends him into a bloodthirsty frenzy after him. The room is put on lockdown by the Baron once he realises his experiment was a success leaving Erol to “survive” or “die”. Daxter and Erol reluctantly team up in order to escape the facility but it’s short-lived- Daxter disappears off and Erol has his ego damaged as he receives a pat on the back for surviving (but is chastised for that rat escaping). He feels as if the Baron is replacing him with the eco freak and goes so far to get his revenge by becoming a mole for the Underground. Daxter knows Erol’s in it for himself but Torn is forced to make this deal when the Baron reveals his new eco-fueled threat. Jak is now a brainwashed dark eco warrior for the Baron, giving him more power over the people by displaying his terrible power. Who knows if Daxter will ever get through to Jak in this AU before the world ends.

Bonus scenario: The Baron briefly mentions old surviving documents about dark eco experiments which trigger a flashback for Jak, breaking him out of his brainwashed spell.

Follow up to the oil and gasoline question. Can you consume it at all? There are a few verses I am aware of where cybertronians can, although they usually have stated that it's not as good as Energon.

Not at all. We’ll instantly purge it back up, along with anything else we might have ingested 30 million years prior.
