At the beginning of Tfc when Neil can’t tell the difference between Aaron and Andrew and identifies Aaron as Andrew

Aaron technically says this

"Aaron's mother bought it for us with her life insurance money," Andrew explained. "It's no surprise she had to die to be worth anything."

And it seems so out of character because Aaron never really talks about his mom?? And he says this to Neil after meeting him for like 2 mins?

pretty please headcanon for matt and neil friendship?

this is so late im sorry!

even though Neil and Matt aren’t roommates anymore Matt constantly checks up on Neil to make sure he’s okay

Matt still stays awake until Neil comes home from his night practices with Kevin 

and because Matt knows that Neil basically only focuses on exy he starts having weekly study sessions with Neil so he won’t fall behind in his studies 

Neil always makes sure to bring coffee for Matt during these study sessions because he knows that Matt wouldn’t be able to stay awake long enough to learn anything 

Neil also knows that Matt basically snoozes his alarm until the last possible minute when he has to leave for class so Neil makes sure to make an extra cup of coffee for Matt and leaves it in his dorm

or if Neil knows that Matt has a busy week when him and Andrew go grocery shopping he also remembers to get some groceries for Matt

After hearing Neil’s confession that he didn’t get to travel much for fun Matt makes it a point to take Neil on lots of road trips

he of course invites all the foxes as well on these road trips and the foxes unintentionally end up spending a lot of time together much to Kevin and Aaron’s horror  

Matt is still fiercely protective of Neil so if he hears any one during a game mentioning Neil’s dad or Lola Matt just bodychecks the player 

he doesn’t care if he gets carded or not

similarly during a press conference if a reporter brings up Matt’s past Neil “I have an attitude problem” Josten has no problem shutting down the reporter  

lastly Matt and Neil got so used to living together that Neil doesn’t have a problem calling Matt over to their dorm to get something off the top shelf of the cabinet (kevin was being an asshole and hid Neil’s snacks)

Neil protecting the others after tkm sometimes intentionally but mostly unintentionally because Neil is the most oblivious, kid hearted person

the gang is out and about socializing because now they are all civil with each other (especially because they are in public or else Kevin will throw a tantrum)

when some asswipe says something extremely offensive to Nicky who is dressed a little extra flamboyantly

Nicky who is normally not affected by most people’s words just stops walking and kind of looks horrified

the rest of the Foxes don’t hear what was said but are all ready to fight the asswipe

Andrew who is walking close besides Neil stiffens and turns to defend Nicky

but before Andrew can even reach the guy, Neil is already in front of Nicky standing as a shield( sometimes he doesn’t realize how smol he is)

and just clocks the homophobe, and doesn’t stop until he draws blood

Matt has to pull Neil off the guy before the guy calls the cops

even as Matt is pulling Neil away he’s yelling threats like “if I ever see you in this part of town you’ll be sorry” or “try me motherfucker”

when neil and the others are far enough away from the guy Nicky pulls Neil into a bear hug and thanks him

when Neil is back at Andrew’s side, Andrew asks him why he didn’t let him take care of the situation

Neil just grabs Andrew hands and kisses his knuckles which were bruised from some other fight and says “I didn’t want you to get hurt”

Andrew just rolls his eyes and says “127%”

Don’t think about Andrew being scared of heights but still accompanying Wymack and Kevin on the flight to Millport when they recruit Neil. Don’t think about Andrew putting Kevin’s safety above his own fears and feelings. Or about how scared Andrew must have been even if he was on his medication. for the couple hours Andrew was off his meds he was probably a nervous wreck. Just don’t think about Andrew ignoring his own feelings because he doesn’t feel like he’s worth worrying about

Woah can I just say how nice you are for buying tfc for people, I'm sure .99c doesn't seem like much but your willingness to do that is so inspiring. And I know this will probably sound stupid because after all they are just books but still, we need more people like you! Thank you!!

ahhh thank you anon-san! actually I may be the first one who started buying tfc copies for foxes in need, but I’m not the only one willing to do it. a while ago there was a post where other foxes offered the same help, and dammit I can’t find it now but we were quite a bunch and it warms my heart <3 this fandom is full of beautiful people <3 it doesn’t absolutely sound stupid, especially because these books are not just books to me, so I’m really happy to help someone give neil and the foxes a chance :3

hi if u were going to buy tfc for someone how would you send/link them to it

smashwords has a gift option, so all I need to do is write down the email address of the person I want to give the book to, go with the usual payment from my account, and then the person will receive an email from smashwords with the links to download the books (the person will be free to choose the format between epub, mobi, pdf, and online reader)
