It’s task time again, my loves. Time to delve into the depths of your characters and have a little bit of fun while doing it. What’s in a name? Shakespeare said something like that. I want to know what’s in your character’s name. What does your character’s name mean? What’s their full name? How did they get their name? You can tell us through headcanons, make graphics, or anything that your little heart desires. As always, tasks are not mandatory. Life is busy as it is, and none of us need to have something extra added that we have to do. Happy tasking!

Starting October 25th and concluding on October 31st we’ll be having a little bit of a party, and by little I mean a lot. The lovely Caroline Linacre is having a part down at her diner for Halloween and everyone is invited, that is if you dare to come! I hear that it’s going to be lots of fun. It is suggested that all that attend throw together a costume and prepare to get spooky. I can only hope that there will be plenty of drama to behold. I ask that you hold off on creating any more starters that do not deal with the event til it has ended. Paras and gif chats that are taking place prior to the event can continue on the dashboard. The tag for the event this event will be anghalloween. Have fun!

It’s that time again for pumpkin carving and candy and ridiculous sexy costumes. With all that being said, there’s going to be a task that is particularly spooky in nature. Everyone loves Halloween, right? Of course they do! Even if it’s just because Thomasina said so. (And I do say so.)  The task is simple. Pick out a costume for your character to wear this Halloween. There might even be an event they can wear this costume to. Happy picking out, kiddies! Eat lots of candy and spike the punch for me.

It’s that time again! It’s time for a task. This time it’s test, but this one isn’t for a grade. I saw you squirming there for a second. This one is an MBTI test. We want to know what your character’s MBTI type is. Simply go here and take the test as your character. To display their type you can make a graphic or a neat little chart or anything! Be sure to give us some interesting tidbits on the character’s type so we can learn more about what makes them tick! Til next time, sweeties.

It’s not unusual for people to come and go in Barton Hollow and it shouldn’t shock anyone that our very own resident drifter Kit Elliot has moved on to brighter horizons after spending some time in our sleepy and spooky little town. We wish her the best of luck in her drifting from town to town. 

Meanwhile, the police are investigating the disappearances of Bella and Thornton West. It is well known that the West twins are two of the richest people in town and investigators are wondering if that could have anything to do with their disappearance. A tip line has been set up, so please if anyone has any information regarding the whereabouts of Bella and Thornton West please come forth. We will keep you updated as details emerge.

I believe that it is that time again for that time again, time for a task! This task will let us get a little peek into the style and life of your character. The task is creating a closet so to speak. What does your character like to wear? What kind of make up do they use? Perfume? Jewelry? Underwear? Give us an intimate look at the character’s essential in anyway you see fit whether it be a graphic or through some other manner. Til next time, lovelies.

Greetings, darling citizens of Barton Hollow. I have yet another task to thrust upon you. For those of you who are willing to accept this challenge, you will be creating a playlist. There are no guidelines other than make it about your persona and have fun. As always, the tasks are optional. We know that life can be grueling and some days it’s a miracle to get replies done, let alone a task. Happy mixing!

The rain has ceased and the waters are receding. It’s time to put down the hammers and nails and desist your arc building because it looks like this is just a run of the mill flood and not one of Biblical proportions. It should be safe for residents to return to their homes, however some homes have been effected by the flood and have been destroyed or damaged. The displaced will be allowed to stay at shelter while they make preparations to lodge elsewhere. Barton Hollow will receive aid and relief for those who are displaced. It will take a while to rebuild and get everything back in shape, but it will be done. Stay tuned for further announcements.
