Demoman is a sucker for them. Let him lay his head on your lap after a tired day and pat him, he'll fall in love with you even more. In addition to that, he gives the best head scritches. His are an in between of playful and affectionate. Tough love!
Both. Engineer is a perfect middle. He loves to receive them, and while you're doing that, at the same time he'll do the same to you. You guys look ridiculously cute, but he doesn't do it often.
Heavy much prefers giving, but he doesn't deny any affection you give him. He loves spoiling you with affection, so please, let him. It makes him happy. While he feels a little odd with head scritches, he's a sucker for head massages. He'll melt.
