Random idea. Tfbw au, where Mysterion knows almost everyone’s identity. Except he didn’t need to dig into shit. He just connected 2 to 2 and figured stuff out.

Aka an AU where mysterion sometimes over analize , but sometimes just have some common sense. That or his team just kinda sucks at keeping their own identity

Like, kite/kyle. He’s a goddamn alien. They’re friends since childhood. Kenny seen Kyle’s antennas and didn’t really mind because, like, he’s also not exactly human. He’s not gonna judge. But when he saw kite and his antennas are exposed, matching it with Kyle’s, he was like “huh. Kyle….noted”

Then there’s Stan/toolshed. He saw what he looked like, matched shed’s voice with Stan’s voice. Added with the fact that Kyle’s here. Make sense.

My favorite is the idea that he heard some of the members talking about their day, and he know he was in the scene.

Like, mosquito talking about how he went to a carnival yesterday, and mentioned how his friend (kenny) ate 3 cotton candy under 5 minutes and mysterion, ever the detective, easily find out who It was by just remembering who he was with the other day.

Or call girl talking about how she went to the cafe for a double date with her boyfriend and her boyfriend’s best friend, which is typical, until she said something about a very specific incident that he knew he was present and he connected the dots.

I still think about the story often and I have so much of it planned out and partially written. I do plan to finish the story, I hate that it’s not finished, but something happened in my family in 2023 and despite things being good now, I haven’t been able to shake the blocked since then 😭

I have put it as one of my goals for this year, so fingers crossed.

What kinds of movies do each of the Fallen Wolves brothers like best?

Thanks Gemma for sending in this ask. I hadn't thought about this much tbh, so it was fun to actually work through.

I've interpreted this is how I see the characters as I've written them in TFWB as an AU. So here we go.

Mike is a horror fan. And we’re not talking elevated horror, you’d never catch him watching Hereditary for example. Oh no, he wants the gory stuff, (bonus points for a bit of comedic value). Favourites include Evil Dead, Cabin in the Woods, Hostel, Terrifier, House of 1000 Corpses.

Sy watches a lot of movies but his favourite genre is comedy. Favourites include classics like The Big Lebowski, Anchorman, Animal House, Coming to America and Caddyshack. He likes action, especially your typical 80s action like Die Hard or Predator and occasionally he’ll watch a really good war movie like Fury or Lone Survivor.

Marshall likes his movies to be a little cerebral. Films like Inception, Memento and The Prestige are his thing. He’ll watch comedy if it's clever and witty like Monty Python’s Life of Brian or Being John Malkovich or action movies like Total Recall or Ex Machina.

Walker doesn’t watch a lot of movies. If he does choose to spend the time watching a film then he prefers to watch gritty, dark movies like Se7en, Collateral, LA Confidential, Reservoir Dogs and Training Day.

Geralt is mostly into action and sci-fi / fantasy. Films like 300, Edge of Tomorrow, I am Legend, World War Z and The Book of Eli. He enjoys a good underdog movie too like Rocky, The World’s Fastest Indian and The Shawshank Redemption.

I'm really sorry to everyone who was looking forward to the next chapter of The Fallen Wolves Brotherhood, but it's looking like it's not going to get it done by today. I'm super frustrated because the next three chapters are pretty much ready to go, but I'm struggling with this chapter because:

1. Smut is hard to write for me sometimes and;

2. Sy is being damn difficult. (Yes Ch. 8 is from Sy's POV, which is probably why the smut is hard to write.) Why are you like this Sy? I thought we were friends. 🤣

Also, on a personal note, this reminded me a lot of Mr. Silly from back in the day. He legit used the second pose while riding to impress me when we were dating. I sent the link to him and said "this reminds me of you when we were dating" and he wrote back "worked didn't it?" I love that wombat.
