2025 Mutsuki birthday piece/1 week post top surgery

^ I love how this song sounds I love it.

I think this is the butchest I have ever drawn him lol. Mixed feelings on how it looks but I had fun with this.

I always said I'd draw him with tits until mine where gone, after surgery I honestly still prefer drawing him pre-op.

Mutsuki being in the Hellish pre/early transition stage where everything is still horrible and you can hardly recognize yourself and your voice still doesnt really feel like your own and you still look over your shoulder at night because you are still very much a hunted prey animal, ans everything is horrible and feels like your dying more with every breath you take is very very important to me and I think to his character. Tokyo Ghouls really the only series I've seen explore that side of transition, but then again I don't consume much media and I am strongelt biased to my own experiences and fixations.

I drew this after my boyfriend and I lost our appartment and I had to move in with my now ex-friend (who I should have stopped talking too long before I agreed to this), her father was insane in ways that mimicked the environments my BF and I where trying to escape to begin with. I think I may have still been on birth control in a last resort to make my period stop as well which was actually the main thing driving me insane and made me want too [REDACTED] ...good times.

The face was really bad on this but i didn't want the background to go to waste. Ive been playing with a simialr concept in my head for while, if anyones got dolls they wish to cameo in my art feel free to DM photos. Offers open until I get around to actually drawing it.
