Ingredients: 1 block firm tofu, pressed and sliced into cubes. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 2 tablespoons lime juice. 2 tablespoons peanut butter. 1 tablespoon maple syrup. 1 tablespoon sriracha. 2 tablespoons sesame oil. 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced. 1 cup shredded cabbage. 1 cup shredded carrots. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. 1/4 cup chopped peanuts. Lime wedges, for serving.
Instructions: In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, lime juice, peanut butter, maple syrup, sriracha, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to make the marinade.
