first impression: cool name. thought it was ironic that gore gets gored. love that for him. i remember clocking his patience with goodsir when he asks to help with the sledge but didn't think much beyond that at the time.
impression now: i like him a lot. love that he seems so friendly to everyone! he's cute i like his little pom pom hat. seems like he was probably a very good leader, plus having that polar experience helped i'm sure. sad that he died so early fr
favorite moment: yeah i'm still fond of that little moment with goodsir. especially after the book (i know i said i didn't read it--i started the audiobook and did not get far at all. but) the contrast of goodsir's personality and this moment specifically... i dunno. it highlighted something not just between them but. gore seems very patient with him and i just think he's cool ):
unpopular opinion: i don't think i have one? i wish he showed up a little more in fanfiction/fanart in general. it would be fun to see him fleshed out more. although truthfully that might be on me because i don't seek that out for him specifically very much.
favorite relationship: goodgore is cute. so valid
favorite headcanon: i love that people use his actual history to give him a little bit of a past with crozier. i read a really lovely and heartbreaking fic of them meeting for the first time when gore was very young and crozier comforted him when he was afraid. and then they meet again when they're older. and we know how that turns out.
