If you are looking for a little something of a beloved pet for someone or yourself, DO NOT BUY FROM FUREVER MEMORIES. I had purchased the custom disc necklace from Furever Memories on 3-3-19, received this 4-1-19. I was told I would get a replacement and notified when shipped on 4-3-19. I have sent emails since and received No Product, No Refund, and No Reply. I checked the reviews and it's funny how they are all 4-5 stars No negative.
