I’m incredibly grateful for capcom and ace attorney for introducing me to Miles Edgeworth and the fandom and the rp community. Adopting Miles brought me into a wonderful fandom with lovely people and I made so many great friends. I’m also thankful for Miles simply because his redemption and his character arc resonate with me on such a personal level, and it makes me cherish him all the more. I love Miles Edgeworth so much, and I love Ace Attorney. - @praepcsitus

Happy Thanksgiving to each and every one of you! I am so very thankful for so many things. Firstly, I want to thank you all for the support you’ve shown us while running this blog. It is a bit tough getting a new blog up off of the ground, but all of you have been so welcoming and supportive and patient enough to help us out. I just want to thank Capcom and the AA series as a whole specifically for letting the precious sunflower known as Juniper Woods exist. She is one of the sweetest characters ever, and I simply couldn’t help but love her from the very first case of Dual Destinies onward. I guess she’s one more reason for me to be hooked on the series like I have been for a long time. - @valorandgold

Giving Tuesday

Dear Reader,

Happy Tuesday, giving Tuesday to be exact. This is a strange new calendar event to me. It’s my understand that this trend started about three years ago along with Cyber Monday (okay, I think Cyber Monday might have a few years on it). I think Giving Tuesday is a wonderful idea - anything that creates awareness about charitable acts is not something to be knocked down. But what does it really say about us? I thought that all the days were giving days? Now we only have to give on this Tuesday? It’s pretty opposite of what I understand the holidays to be about. #tistheseason

If we are going to create a calendar event about giving, could we at least give it a full month? #GivingJanuary? It’s in the same boat as people only volunteering at soup kitchens on Thanksgiving or only going to the gym on New Year’s day. It’s not enough. Maybe #givingtuesday can pair up with #thanksgetting and we can get back to giving thanks all year round and only getting on Tuesday.
