Not a typical thanksgiving wish to all BUT it must be something we chew on We all have so much to be thankful for but let’s be honest, how are we all doing with that? God brought this verse to my attention yesterday as we sang “yes I will” @deepwaterchurch and it was the Lord asking me a question that I will leave all of us with “Will you truly bless my name in the lowest valley? And will you truly praise my name when your heart is heavy?” This verse shows us why thanksgiving is more than nice things, turkey, best wishes, and whatever other positive things we are want or have. When nothing is working, when there’s no clarity of how things will work out for the better, and when there is just failure after failure with no results, we are called to REJOICE Not because we should bat an eye to what’s going on but because God is good - Hes saved us, he’s delivered us time and time again, and He is the only true hope we have in the times where the weight is too much for us to bear God bless everyone on this day to give thanks...
