Hewwo 🤯 (What's a genre you struggle with as a writer (ex. romance, action, etc.)?)
Actually, action is a good example. I prefer (and think I do better with) sort of being vague about specific actions. General terms to say characters moved from one place to another. It's harder for me to write actions out descriptively - and, in turn, writing actual action as a genre becomes difficult. Also, it's just not for me.
🦅 (Do you outline fics or fly by the seat of your pants?)
It's mostly seat of my pants with a little bit of outlining (in multichapter fics only). The one by one writes I mostly do now usually happen by the seat of my pants - maybe spawning from a single scene. But the longer fics usually had *some* semblance of an outline. Headers where chapters would start, often times the ideas I started the fics with lined up where they belong.

Let's see...
**Reed tunes them out, and instead glares down at his brother.
"You're weak," Reed spits, "you're soft."
"Can still ki-ick your ass," Sheer hisses back, and Reed presses the blade a little closer. He can feel his own heartbeat in the curl of his hand - pulsing in the same rapid, furious beat as his head. The words of the crew around him swirl and prod, and there's a trickle of blood from the place where metal meets skin.
It'd be easy, and quick, and Reed could finally prove that between the two of them, he was the strongest. He had always been the strongest.**
