2. If you had to give up your keyboard and write your stories exclusively by hand, could you do it? If you already write everything by hand, a) are you a wizard and b) pen or pencil?

oh god please no. I hold my pencil incorrectly so I actually get super bad hand cramps if I have to write by hand too much, plus I have a typing speed of 150+ wpm so I'd go nuts if I had to slow down my writing so much. however, I think I'd literally lose my mind if I wasn't able to write, so if I couldn't use my keyboard I'd have to figure out how to make it work

4. What’s a word that makes you go absolutely feral?

there are definitely words I like more than this but for some reason the only thing I can think of right now is lackadaisical because it just rolls off the tongue really nicely

6. What is your darkest fear about writing?

That one day I'll wake up and I'll have no more inspiration or drive to do it anymore

8. If you had to write an entire story without either action or dialogue, which would you choose and how would it go?

oh... tbh both would be so interesting to do but I think I'd go with a story without dialogue. because actions can speak so loudly without saying anything. just sitting down or how you stand or how you even pick up something from the ground—it can convey so much and I think that would be really fun to play around with

not rlly? i want to do more w/ tubbo & ranboo (using pairing in the platonic sense, obvs). but like, i’m pretty set in my sbi ways lmao

M - What’s the weirdest AU scenario you’ve ever come up with?  Did it turn into a story?

sweats. i started a ghost hunting au and it turned into something that is basically only ghost hunting by name. there arent really ghosts anymore. it might see the light of day, i’ve got other stuff i wanna write first, but it’s definitely an au that just Does Not make sense. really just an excuse to write the wilbur & niki dynamic

B - What was the first fandom you read fic in?  Which was the first you wrote fic for?

i honestly think. the first fandom i read in was pokemon. the first one i wrote for was probably also pokemon. theyre all gone now but like. that was probably the first.

A - Of the fanfic you’ve written, which is your favorite and why?

right now, the next two chapters of ad astra per aspera that haven’t seen the light of day yet. also, the epilogue. ALSO warmth from any other source. that one because i just think it’s the best thing i’ve written for this fandom in general. the next parts of ad astra because i think theyre some of the most like. satisfying things i’ve written? i guess? the epilogue especially makes me soft if only bc i’m a sucker for hopeful, open endings.

S -  How do you feel about fan art inspired by your writing?

i can and will cry. it’s happened a few times now and every time i lose my shit. please tag me in things if you make art. i’ll cry a lot /pos

5. most popular fic this year

well, if we're not counting clinic since that finished in early january, then my most popular fic was the world forgetting by the world forgot which currently has 477k hits! it's kind of funny, I knew that riding off of clinic's success and writing another superhero fic immediately after it ended was going to net me a lot of hits, but I still didn't expect it to get AS popular as it did. it's very insane to me lol

10. shortest wip of the year

wip?? I mean if we're talking about one I've started publishing, that would be strings of fate which is at 19k words rn. as far as unpublished goes, I'm pretty sure there was another fae au i started a few months back that I got, like, a single sentence into lmao

19. any new fics to start next year

well, we know I've been talking about this nonstop but my someone else's dream rewrite is going to start very quickly into the new year, which I'm insanely excited about. also, once strings is done, I might try to write this other short-form weird time blending type of fic I came up with while I was visiting my family in oklahoma. I don't really know how to explain it, but it falls into a lot of liminal time stuff while dealing with serious family issues and crimeboys being estranged brothers
