ആരോടും പറയാത്ത  ആഗ്രഹങ്ങള്‍  

മനസ്സില്‍ മുറിവേല്‍പ്പിച്ചവര്‍ക്കൊരു  ക്ഷമ പറയാന്‍

ക്ഷമിച്ചെന്നറിയുമ്പോള്‍ മുഖത്തുള്ള പുഞ്ചിരി കാണാന്‍

 ചില പാട്ടുകള്‍ ഇഷ്ട്ടമാണ്

ഒരിക്കലും ഞാന്‍ പാടത്ത ചില പാട്ടുകള്‍

മനസ്സിനെ കീറി മുറിക്കാന്‍ ശേഷിയുള്ളവ

രക്തം ചിന്തുമ്പോള്‍ നിര്‍വൃതി അണയാവുന്നവ

 ചില ദുഖങ്ങളുണ്ട്

എനിക്കിഷ്ടമാണവയെ

ഓര്‍ത്തോര്‍ത്തിരിക്കും ചിലപ്പോള്‍ 

മരണ സമയം വരെ

 ജീവനുണ്ടെന്നു പറയുന്നവരുണ്ട്

ഞാന്‍ കാണാത്ത ജീവന്‍

ജീവിക്കുന്നുണ്ടെന്നറിയാം

ജീവനുണ്ടെന്നു മാത്രം പറയരുത്

 മറവികള്‍ ഒന്നും തന്നെ ബാക്കിയില്ല

ഓര്‍മ്മകള്‍ മാത്രം വെട്ടയാടാനായുണ്ട്

ഓര്‍മ്മകള്‍ക്കെന്നും സുഗന്ധമുണ്ടെന്നു വിശ്വസിക്കാന്‍

ഞാനൊരു മടയനായി ജീവിച്ചിരിപ്പുണ്ടെന്നും
