Drama Queen (Manga plus new serialization) sure sparked some discourse on internet but one topic I never saw discussed is the way it shows how discontent mixed with injustice can creates hate. When justice system failed, with no support system or whatever and people are left to cope with anyway they want, how long it will take for one or two deranged people will appear?

(Another thing I find interesting is Kitami is probably gets hit for few times before but it's not until he get to know how good it feels kicking a defenceless alien-shaped sand dolls into a pulp that he ended up beating real, breathing, living one to death. And Nomamoto has been endured being poor and hungry for long until she's presented with accidentally fried alien then someone brough her a corpse...it escalated)

With a title being called "Drama Queen" I guess it'll go a dark comedy route about how people can feel good being miserable which is never looks pretty. 100% not a manga I'd recommend to mass audience.

my apologies that the first thing i post after being super quiet is this but .... i believe that we need to STOP normalising ( or making it normalised in the first place ) that you are somebodies ‘ friend ‘ , let alone , CLOSE FRIEND , after just a single FOLLOW . nobody is my FRIEND after just following me anywhere on my blogs . & acting like you are my friend just because you follow me is .... really unsettling & uncomfortable . there is MORE to being friends than being mutuals .

yes , i give people the OPPORTUNITY to interact with me . & people are allowed to be FRIENDLY with one another . i am not saying that isn’t allowed . that is fine . at the MOST people are acquaintances to me if we are mutuals . but nobody is my FRIEND until they have ACTIVELY reached out & asked about myself or my wellbeing OUTSIDE of RP .

i am not anybody's disposable writing partner . i am not JUST a puppeteer for whatever character i write . i am a human being . & honestly , i am not here to always be friends with every single person i meet . but i do not want people to immediately ASSUME that we are friends unless they have my discord & / or , at the very least , care about my well being enough to check up on me .

I don’t like that assumption that anon wrote about cats just bc it has competition. Have they not been through this rodeo before? Never ever count Taylor out bc she always rises to the occasion. Sometimes I think that her own fans want her to fail. I think some ppl will get what I mean. I wish I could articulate it better

tbh competition is a good thing most of the time. If all the movies in the theaters sucked all the time, people would be reticent to even go anymore
