They reached a crosswalk and stopped to wait for the signal. Kyouko fidgeted in place, and Homura glanced at her curiously. Over the weeks she had become much more in tune with her behavior. “Is something wrong?”

Kyouko glanced at her briefly before coughing. Then she freed one of her hands from her pockets and held it out to Homura. The raven haired girl just stared at it, wondering if Kyouko was trying to show her something. “What?”

Kyouko grunted. “Hold my stupid hand, Hom.”

Homura blinked. “Why?”

“Because!” Kyouko growled at her, cheeks going pink. “‘Cause I want to...”

“Oh…” Homura looked away, trying to act as uncaring as possible as she took the offered hand. “Alright.” She nonchalantly pulled her scarf higher over her face in an attempt to hide her blush. They stood like that for a few awkward moments, trying to appear cool but secretly a pair of sentimental dorks.

Kyouko chuckled after a moment, swinging their intertwined hands between them. “Stop being adorable, you’re going to make me barf!” she said with an embarrassed smile.

This made Homura almost bury her face completely in her scarf but she resisted the urge simply because she resented being called adorable. She glowered at Kyouko from the corner of her eye. “Likewise.”

Okay, so I want to practice my painting skills a little.

Suggest characters to me from fandoms you like and that I also like, because I hate hunting down characters from shows I've never heard of. I'll pick two or three at my whim once I'm done trying to design this little Sugar Rush racer like the loser I am.

Don't suggest Sherlock. Anyone else from the show itself, just not Sherlock. I have a screenshot of him I eventually mean to paint.

Nothing's highly guaranteed and I'm probably only going to draw busts, since this is for me to learn how to paint/color and not for me to stress myself out over, but I still intend to make every effort to draw nice things.
