My mother likes that kpop makes me happy but isn't fond when I gush about it to her and show her stuff; HOWEVER, one time she watched an Anpanman performance with me, and at the end she was telling me about one guy and wanted to know his name (Jimin) "he is SO stanking cute!!!" Not even my mother can resist the Jimin effect.

Are y'all talking about the cheating fic I think you're talking about? The one with poetry involved?? And the 'awesome foursome' friendship??? I read that about a week ago or so, and I bawled my eyes out at that ending - it seems so unfair, but also, it seemed realistic??? BUT MY SOFT SPOT FOR BOTH JUNGKOOK AND JIMIN MADE MY HEART ACHE FOR THEM BECAUSE ugh there was just so much emotional pain, I don't know why I willingly continued torturing myself with reading it.
yup that’s the one! but yeah no the ending was definitely realistic, which is why it made me so sad lol. i think most fic writers would’ve let the oc be with either jungkook and jimin, so when the ending came and she was all alone i was devastated. i had the softest spot for jimin bc he obviously did nothing wrong and was best boy no question. sohee’s psycho pregnancy scheme thing pissed me off so i have no sympathy for the loveless relationship that she’s trapped herself in. jungkook is also stuck in said loveless relationship bc of his cheating ways. and the oc is alone drinking at bars with no friends. and like i know that there was no easy way to go about the situation that the oc and jungkook were in bc it’s not like you can just tell your significant others that you’re just going to start dating their respective best friends all casual like. bc either way you’re going to lose your friends if you do that. but dammit i really wanted the oc and jk to be together and i’m mad that i actually liked them together even though they were being awful people. DAMN THESE REALISTIC CHARACTERS
