Big 3 with an RPE of 6-7 at 1-3 rep range. Squatted a few triples until a glute started getting tight, so switched to singles. Pulled off 4 sets of triples on bench with 2 singles. Finished with 5 singles on deadlifts. Top lifts for the day were: 390S/265BP/415DL Felt good to lift with coaching again.
