OKAY FOR THE ASK GAME

I have no idea what ask game this was for and I'm too lazy to hunt it down, so I looked up a random list of questions and here we go!

I picked two questions because I can

Where are you in your family birth order? I'm the youngest! This comes with some benefits and some drawbacks, just like literally any position in the birth order. I got a lot of attention, but I also got overlooked a lot. My parents were less strict and much more experienced, which was very nice, but I also got less responsibility and fewer choices because my older siblings did all that. So it's a toss up. I love my family (sometimes I hate them though) and I don't think I'd rather have been born at a different time.

What is the best thing in life? Being alive! That might not make sense, but life is this vibrant messy complicated excruciating wonderful thing. Sometimes you hate it. Sometimes you love it. And I've found I want to keep living because I get to have a future. I'm going to do more things, learn to love myself more, become a better person, make amazing and unique memories, meet so many fantastic interesting loving people. I don't want to miss out on all that. And I'm able to be happy now because I let myself be unhappy in the past. I know that's going to be true going into the future too. There's just... so much I can still do, so much I can still feel, good and bad, and I want to get that chance. I want to see how much more I can grow. I want to make mistakes and look back and realise one day that I don't hate myself for making them. I want to smile at myself in the mirror and love the person I see there. I want to get top surgery and run around topless and know that life is mine and my body is mine and I am allowed to love it. I am allowed to shape myself into who and what I want to be. and I just feel so grateful to have that opportunity. It's gonna suck. It's gonna suck bad. but it's my life and it gets to suck and that means something

do you have any cool/dumb scars?

I do!

I have a pretty spicy one on my left ring finger from the time a (former) friend stepped on my hand. (this incident had nothing to do with the ending of the friendship by the way)

I have one on my arm that I have no memory of ever receiving.

I have one on my chest from a time we tried to bathe Purrshia and it did Not Go Well™

I have two on my other arm from trying to stop the doggos from fighting. Fortunately, that is no longer much of an issue so yay!

I have one on my knee from a TABLE! A table at school no less! That table is dangerous and should legally be registered as a weapon, I've never met a pointy, more stabby table

Unrelated but I have a series of freckles that look like a slice of watermelon

Why no, I haven't had this ask for rapidly approaching a year, whatever do you mean? (but also that means we've been friends for coming up on a year and that makes me very happy :D )

My leopard sprint shawl!! It's way too warm to wear most of the time but I love it. It's wool and it's big and I basically disappear into it and it's wonderful!
