Hoy fue uno de esos días que a pesar de como te sientes bien de un momento a otro la frustración y la depresión solo llegan a quedarse por las noches, tenía muchos días que trataba de lidiar con mi insomnio realmente no puedo conciliar el sueño en ocasiones hasta las 2am o 3 (ya van casi 3 semanas de eso) sin que mil cosas me pasen por la cabeza en ese momento, sentirse "solo" en esos momentos. No había encontrado como sacar todo eso que traía adentro... es mejor sacarlo a qué te sientas como poco a poco te ahogas en eso.
