I am serious, genuinely. I've never looked into why they could be negative, other than publishing Silver RavenWolf's works.

They publish a lot of authors (including, yeah, SRW) whose work includes mainly misinformation and racism.

As far as I know that's "all" but it's pretty shitty - although like I said... they're often the only material folks can get their hands on, so I don't judge the people who read their stuff (especially with a critical eye), just the company for publishing it and the writers for putting that shit out there.
