Thank you! I had the same feeling. Just too much of the same and I grew to not care about amy characters

So glad to know I’m not alone. 

Okay, Season 7 isn’t TOO bad and it’s actually a little more interesting.

But my favourite characters are dead. So do I really care? nope.

Haha Affleck does look huge but have you ever heard the story that Cristopher Nolan told of Christian Bale getting in shape for Batman Begins?

I remember reading that Christian Bale bulked up to play Batman and ended up gaining so much muscle weight that they jokingly called him “Fatman”. Was that what you were talking about? :)

what did you think of assault on arkham?

I thought it was soooooo good! I was wary because of how poor Son of Batman was, but thankfully it's a vast improvement.

On one hand I was glad to see Harley stand up to Joker--that scene where she fires a gun into his cell and he has to hide under his bed from the ricocheting bullet was hilarious--but on the other hand I was like NOOOO I WANT YOU TWO TOGETHER PLEEEEAAAASSSEEEE. I almost lost it when he talked about how smooth and perfect her skin is (anytime that Joker ever mentions being turned on by Harley is a super big deal to me), and how jealous he was when he found out she was hooking up with Deadshot. AHHHHHHHHHHHH ALL THE FEELS. 3

I loved how quirky and fun they made Harley. One of my favorite moments was when she broke into the doll store, and Batman thought she was looking for Joker's dirty bomb but it turned out that all she wanted was a specific doll. I really like the voice actress the used for her. Troy Baker does an excellent job of voicing Joker, and I hope that DC continues to use him for future projects. And of course Kevin Conroy is always perfection as Batman...since he IS Batman. ;)

I liked the movie's entire premise and thought the plot was great, and I liked that it took inspiration from the Arkham games. And seeing Amanda Waller in charge is always a treat, especially when she one-ups Batman. I giggled inwardly when she called him a punk, haha.

All in all, a great film!
