Beach time! 10 months after surgery, I made it to the beach. Still have some trouble walking long distances, especially in flip flops (don’t tell my PT trainer Brandy I’m wearing flip flops). But I was able to make the 3-mile trek to the beach. It was worth the pain to put my feet in the ocean. Here’s looking up!
