Fun fact about me: Even though I dyed my hair red and then dark brown, it's still fucking green.
And also, I feel like I haven't seen thatsillybrainofmine on my dash in a fair amount of time.

It's Supernatural vs Buffy.
But... but...
I don't know who to vote for.
I'm so torn.
You know how much I love Buffy. But I really, really love Supernatural.

what categories do you want it under?
I usually agree with you Sami, but I think you're wrong this time. To the girl whose boyfriend won't drop that you didn't pick him first: If your boyfriend keeps bringing up something specific, then they are probably insecure about it. To be honest, the guy probably wants to be reassured and babied about it. His pride was hurt. He will learn to get over it. You can't just force the hurt to go away. It hurt him, and it is stuck in his mind. I'm sure he would make it go away if he could.
You have a point. So, yeah. I now think it's probably best to also talk it out but the thing is...he does have to move passed it. He has to move forward. Three years later you can't keep digging this stuff up.
And the way to do that is to talk it out. To talk through it and that's both of you learning to understand what happened. Like, he has to understand that LDR's aren't something you just hop right into and shouldn't blame her for not jumping at it. And she needs to understand that well, he probably built up some resentment and needs to ba reassured.
It's not about forcing anything to go away. It's about moving on. Moving forward. Those things don't magically happen, it's about him having to make a conscious effort to acknowledge what he has now and to get passed what happened three years ago.
The thing is...this problem can be resolved. So, if he wanted it to he can. It's about not pointing out what she did over and over for three years. It's about talking about how it made her feel otherwise it's this constant attacking of her. It becomes this vicious circle of pointing fingers, "You didn't choose me!" and "It's been three years of you making me feel guilty!"

I'd like to get in touch with the couple who met on Neo. Oddly enough...I have a VERY similar story. Jeez. Freaking neopets.
