A man was looking up at Spica Academy, an almost unnaturally wide smile painted on his face. He was quite astonished to say the least - not even the Third Library back in Lotto Valentino had been this impressive. On the other hand, obviously three centuries had an effect on school facilities, so he could not compare it to his own youth. The Smile Junkie known as Elmer C. Albatross stepped onto the grounds of his new workplace, not intending to leave until every last person inside was smiling.

Greetings Elmer, you have arrived at the Spica Technological Preparation Academy. There is no doubt in this institution to your ability to learn and perfect many skills here. Our students and faculty have the best machinery at their fingertips and a superior class schedule to all those around.
