1. What's the most daring/brave thing you've ever done?
I'm not sure I've done anything particularly brave, I felt brave after telling my parents I want to transition. I feel kinda brave for being where I am right now, I'm at a summer program at duke and i have social anxiety and bleh, but at least I'm studying international human rights advocacy :)
2. What's something you wish you had more time for?
People. People make me happy and I wish I could spend more time with them.
3. Do you have any big regrets?
I regret all the times I've been an asshole to people (which is largely in my past and I'm sorry for people who knew me). I wish I had not chosen to go to the school I go to maybe.
4. If you had to rename yourself, what name would you pick?
Well I do have to rename myself eventually and I really am stumped. I think maybe I'll stay with a name with the same first letter(s)??
5. What was your favorite desert as a child?
Frosted Flakes. They're great.
6. What is your favorite tradition (holiday or non) that your family has?
We do an advent calendar around christmas time, and idk its really nice.
7. Did you have any imaginary friends as a child?
I actually don't think so, I always imagined myself in a new adventure with new friends and a new me.
8. What one book has changed your life the most?
The Phantom Tollbooth. I feel like it was an introduction to higher abstract thought and wordplay (which i use frequently :) )
9. Who was your favorite teacher?
His name was Mr. Phillis, he taught me freshman AP World. He was one of the smartest people I've known and genuinely cared about all his students. We had really long study sessions on saturdays at the library, sometimes 4 hours. Sometimes I was the only student who came, and he stayed and taught me.
10. Favorite pandora station? (or song/artist if you don't use pandora)
I do not use pandora, but my favorite genres are alternative and post hardcore I guess.
