I do intermittent fasting for a while now and you should add carbs to every meal. I really love chinese I do intermittent fasting for a while now and you should add carbs to every meal. I really love Chinese food and, since you like chicken, it's a good healthy option for you. Try 'General Tso's chicken' or chicken with red and green peppers. Add some rice and you have an amazing and easy meal.
thank you!

how does the american school system work? I mean, what do you have to do to get into uni?
Take a standardized test, either the SAT or ACT. You can take it multiple times and whenever you like, but it’s usually done a few times in junior or senior year.
Submit your grades from all 4 years of high school, they’re averaged into a number called GPA
Possibly submit scores from SAT subject tests, which are standardized tests about a particular subject
Possibly submit scores from another standardized test about a certain subject which are called AP tests
List your extracurriculars, awards, leadership positions, and other Impressive Things
Write an essay or two or three, maybe answer some short answer questions. The essay will depend on the school, as they each have their own prompts (but some overlap) It’s almost guaranteed that you’ll be asked why you want to attend that particular school or study the major you’re applying for
In some schools, your race, socioeconomic class, and location will matter bc affirmative action
For some programs like art or compsci, you may have to submit a portfolio
uhhh there might be more that I’m forgetting idk
