This episode is basically meant to be a retort to all the people who consider Beth worthless, I think. I think we’re supposed to sympathize and feel bad people are being mean. Thing is, what Dawn said is kinda true.

i honestly think they could have done a waaaaaay better job of doing this and dawn pointing out her self harm scars was like. extraordinarily unnecessary and like. she doesnt know when or how that happened and had no right to say that imo. 

also that fucking piece of shit cop coming onto her constantly is disgusting and like this was not fucking needed
