@thcboss gets a starter for cui bono

Jr. was early for his session. He wanted to get there with enough time to spare. Surprisingly, he usually enjoyed these weekly meetings. Not that he had liked his psychiatrist much, but when someone does something for over a year; there’s a sort of familiar consistency with it. He had grown to like familiarity in his ever changing life. 

Today he was nervous, though. He had caught tail of being given a different psychiatrist. He didn’t know who he was and wasn’t sure if he would be comfortable with talking to him yet. He waited about ten minutes before the psychiatrist arrived. The man who walked in was an attractive young redhead who couldn’t be much older than Jr. At first, he thought it might have been an assistant or orderly, but that wouldn’t make sense. Was this his new psychiatrist?

“You gotta be shitting me.”

Not only that, they’ve introduced me to a new character that I kinda love even if my interaction with him thus far has been a bit limited. And ooc they seem like??? super rad. again, limited interaction but still I’m very heart eyes @ you okay?

Mickey had gotten shot on his first mission with Unit Alpha, not a shocker. Sadly, it wasn’t the first time he’d been shot. Growing up in his neighborhood in Gotham, an already crime ridden city, meant a lot of fucking gun shots. Mickey wasn’t traumatized, fuck, it was just another day, another scar. So he was a little annoyed to be in some fuckin shrink’s office talking about “feelings” that he didn’t have. He leaned back in the chair, fuck all that couch bullshit, and crossed his arms. “Let’s get this fuckin over with. Take whatever tests I need to and shit,” He groused, with a glare at the red head.
