hi i just want to say thank you for putting your lil commentary in the tags of a reblog. maybe it's all the new kids migrating from TikTok who only know how to like posts or maybe Tumblr just isn't that active anymore but I feel like so few people do this consistently and it makes me sad because I want to know what ppl are thinking! anyway sorry to sound like a grumpy old man. This literally made my day and week and possibly year I LOVE WRITING IN THE TAGS SO MUCH its the only contribution ive ever felt i could give on tumblr ITS ALL I CAN OFFER AND ITS APPRECIATED OMG (my life is way too busy to learn any photoshopping giffing et cetera and im way too stupid to contribute any actually insightful meta 🤡) and i just LOVE IT i love seeing a post and going Lets Express My Stupid Little Thoughts Now like my thoughts pop up in a bubble and i gotta get em out and this is also why i could never be on twitter like what, see a funny post and NOT reblog it with ‘lmao’?? but i thought lmao in my mind where should i put it? keep it to myself?? and then after a few hundred retweets that post is lost forever and im not gonna find it again by searching my ‘lmao’ tag? Absolutely Barbaric
Honestly half the reason why im still on tumblr is tags. Tags to express myself, tags to organize and find stuff later on, tags are just the most important thing to me lmao so this message made me so happy!!
Oh and yes i love people who write in the tags too, its such an incentive towards following someone if they talk in the tags and i like what i see! This got long but, i love your blog very much too, and thank you so much, this ask gave me so much joy!!! 💕💕💕💕✨✨
