My theory on the book pages is that they were made, or at least about, by the third Arrow sister. Everyone jumped to the conclusion that the book was Odins because of the arrow on it but it could also be hers (as well any other Arrow) seeing as she is also part of the Arrow family. Once you actually look at the book though it could be hers based on the pages. The first one being her past while she was happy. The man with smudged out face may have been someone she loved but left her (hense his face being smudged). The second page she was probably talking to the Raven and Crow and crying because of her lost love or. And finally the last page is her behind bars. Pretty obvious I know but still, the Arrow children we've met so far are all devious, seeing as when we first met the Arrow twins they were spying/tracking Odin, it wouldn't be out of character for this other sibling to get in trouble. This also could go another way. Instead of the man in the first page being someone she once loved but left it could be someone who betrayed her. It would make sense if it were someone who helped her in a mission but ultimately told the police (or titan followers, I don't know who governs these people). It would explain why she was crying by the twins, either saying goodbye or begging them to help her and also why she was behind bars on the final page.
