This commuter’s guide will walk you through the easiest way from the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) to SM Lipa using the Alps Bus, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free trip.

Location: Kennedy Road, Asiaworld, Bay City, Parañaque, Metro Manila, Philippines

This is where your journey begins at the PITX. Located strategically in Bay City, the terminal is easily accessible from various parts of Metro Manila.

Bus Operator: Alps Bus Alps Bus is a reliable operator known for its frequent and on-time trips. With their regular buses, passengers are treated to a comfortable ride, thanks to some key amenities.

Quick Stop Over: Ayala Malls Manila Bay Before heading straight to Lipa, the bus quickly stops at Ayala Mall Manila Bay to pick up more passengers. This is a short stop, so be ready to continue your trip in no time.

Drop-Off Point: SM Lipa Your destination is SM Lipa, a convenient location for further travel within Batangas or exploring the city.

Price: Php 188 (as of October 24, 2024) The fare is very affordable for a one-way ticket, making it a practical option for both daily commuters and occasional travelers.

Ticket Booth: Head to Ticket Booth #4, located on the second floor near Popeye's and Miniso for ticket purchases.

Boarding Gate: Proceed to Boarding Gate 5 for your bus.

Bus Type: Regular While it’s a regular bus, Alps Bus ensures passenger comfort with added features.

Bus Amenities: Each seat comes with a tray table and a USB charger port, so you can relax and stay connected while on the road.

Travel Time: Expect a travel time of 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on traffic.

DEPART on to J. W. Diokno Boulevard

Walk LEFT onto Marina Way

RIGHT on to Pacific Drive

LEFT on to North Wing

Route 2

From (Cavite-Laguna-Las Pinas) Emilio Aguinaldo Hi-way you can get on a van with a placard "MOA" (Php 100)

DEPART on to J. W. Diokno Boulevard

Use the walkway to go to MOA

Route 3

Ride at MRT-3: North Ave to Taft Ave

Get off to MRT-3 Taft Ave

Ride a Jeep/Multicab (Php 11.00) going to MOA

The Commuter’s Guide Going to Elements at Centris

Your One-Stop-Direction Solution of your Favorite Hideout and Chill-out in the Metro.

Route 1: MRT

Take the MRT and go down at Quezon Avenue station. Elements at Centris is a 5-minute walk from the station. (Php 23.00)

Route 2: If you’re coming from the South (Cubao, Ortigas, Makati, Taguig, Cavite)

Take a northbound bus to Novaliches-Bayan or MCU and go down at Centris. Take a short walk to Elements at Centris.

Route 3: If you’re coming from the North (Bulacan, Novaliches, Fairview, Caloocan)

Take a southbound bus to Alabang or Crosing and go down at Centris. Take a short walk to Elements at Centris.

Route 1: If you’re from the South (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas):

Ride a bus with a sign “Ayala Ibabaw / Cubao / Fairview” (Php 60.00)

Alight from Shaw Blvd. Bus Stop

Cross along the North in the Edsa Central Pedestrian Overpass

Walk along and turn left to Shaw Blvd.

Cross toward to the the other street and ride a Jeep with a signage “Kalentong/JRC” (Php 7.00)

Alight near the Street of A. Mabini / Shaw Blvd. Intersection and Cross along the highway there you will see a big signage of “Mandala Park”

Route 2:  Alternate Transportation MRT-3 (South/North):

Ride MRT-3 Taft Station (P 20.00);  MRT-3 North Avenue Station (P 24.00)

Alight from Shaw Blvd. Station

Same as the direction from Route 1

Near the Max’s Restaurant at the right side of the vicinity is where usually the Mandala Park Weekend Market event is happening.

Route 3: If you’re from the North (Quezon City / Ortigas):

Ride a bus with a sign “Dasmarinas, Tagaytay, Alabang, Ayala Makati” (Php 60.00)

Alight from Shaw Blvd. Bus Stop

Same as the direction from Route 1

The Commuter’s Guide Going to Resort’s World Manila

Your One-Stop-Direction Solution of your Favorite Hideout and Chill-out in the Metro.

Route 1: If you’re from the South (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas):

South: Ride a bus going to Baclaran - Pasay, Drop-Off to Baclaran Church (Php 25.00 - Php 40.00). 

Ride a jeepney going to ‘Nichols/Naia Terminal 3’ (Php 7.00)

Drop-off near the Circulo De Mundo Rotunda near NAIA 3

Cross on the other side of the highway and walk towards the Andrew Ave. (You will know if its the right way when you see the following establishments: Villamor Barangay 183 & Newport Carabao Statue)

Go Straight Ahead to Newport Blvd.

Ride a Free Shuttle about 1-2 blocks away from Mcdonalds Newport Blvd. and SnR Pizzeria. It will take you at Resorts World Manila and Marriot Hotel respectively.

Route 2: Alternate Route from the South/North

Now a days, Free Shuttle courtesy of RWM are available on different parts of the Metro Manila and near provinces. All you need is a membership card and you will be a priority. :-)

Route 3: If you’re from the North:

North: Ride an MRT-3 and alight from EDSA-Taft / Pasay Rotonda (Php 24.00). Go across to the other side of the road going north bound. 

Ride a jeepney going to ‘Nichols/Naia Terminal 3’ (Php 7.00)

Same as the direction to Route 1

If you’re coming from Aguinaldo Highway (South):

Ride a Public Utility Transporation like FX or Van going to Lawton - Roxas Blvd. (Php 50.00)

Drop-off  before Kalaw Ave.

Cross to Museo Pambata, Go straight ahead to Independence Road. Behind the Quirino Grandstand

Turn Left and then you go inside the parking lot turn right.

Another Alternative from Aguinaldo Highway (South):

Ride a Bus going to Lawton - Taft Ave. (Php 33.00)

Drop-off  before UN Ave.

Head southwest on United Nations Avetoward Taft Ave/R-2

Turn right toward Kalaw Ave.  

Turn left onto Kalaw Ave.

Continue onto South Road

Slight right onto Independence Rd

Turn Left and then you go inside the parking lot turn right.

If you’re riding an LRT (South/North):

Ride a LRT going to UN Ave. - Taft Ave. (Php 24.00)

Drop-off  before UN Ave.

Head southwest on United Nations Avetoward Taft Ave/R-2

Turn right toward Kalaw Ave.  

Turn left onto Kalaw Ave.

Continue onto South Road

Slight right onto Independence Rd

Turn Left and then you go inside the parking lot turn right.

The Commuter’s Guide Going to Tagaytay

Your One-Stop-Direction Solution of your Favorite Hideout and Chill-out in the Metro.

From Manila, it takes 2 hrs. going to Tagaytay proper. If your from the North and it’s your first time going there the easiest and most convenient way going to South is this one:

From North Bound, Ride at  North Ave MRT To EDSA-Taft MRT (Php 24.00) 

Drop-off to Edsa-Taft, cross the street and head towards the SM Savemore Pasay.

Look for the nearest renovated Gas Station (Soleum) after SM Savemore and Mercury Drugstore. Just a reminder this is not a terminal for buses they just park at the nearest gas station to get passengers who are also going to Cavite and Batangas.

Ride a bus with a Placard sign of “Silang/ Tagaytay” (Php 88.00)

Another Alternative going to Tagaytay:

From Edsa-Taft MRT Ride a jeep or bus going to Baclaran-Coastal  (Php 8.00 - Php 12.00)

Drop-off to Coastal Road and head towards the Coastal Mall where you can find a terminal bus going to Cavite-Batangas-Laguna.

Ride a bus with a Placard sign of “Silang/ Tagaytay” 

How who’d you know if you reached Tagaytay Already? Well first, you will notice the change of weather to much cooler and calmer environment, several churches and chapels along the way, there are flowers and garden pots selling beside the highway and a rotonda.
